SUKANYA

Sukanya is 13 years old and is an excellent student in the 8^th standard at a secondary school in a neighboring village.  Sukanya enjoys singing and leading the We Care children’s choir. Sukanya has big dreams of attending college some day.

Sukanya and Sujina came to We Care with their mother, a single mom living in circumstances that did not permit her to adequately care for her two daughters.
